Dr. Frederick Foreman | Chief Information & Security Officer

Frederick J. Foreman is a graduate of the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is well-versed in mathematical algorithms for software encryption and mathematical modeling of random physical phenomena.

Dr. Foreman, serves as Chief Information & Security Officer for Hill Industries. For the past 10 years Dr. Foreman has led Mathematical Modeling, Inc. in obtaining successful contracts with the DoD. Noteworthy is his effort in helping the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) in obtain its Milestone A, B, and C approvals for the $1.8 billion Net-centric Enterprise Services (NCES) program. This program revolutionized how the DoD supports the warfighter now and in the future with core enterprise services enabling rapid decision making, planning, and execution among Combatant Commanders, Agencies, and the Joint Chief of Staff. Shorouq Shenaq | Chief Marketing Officer

Ms. Shenaq sets the global sales and marketing strategies that strengthen Hill Industries. She has over 15 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, social media, marketing communications and advertising. Ms. Shenaq works collaboratively across the company to leverage data driven insights and develop creative marketing programs that increase sales across international markets.

Before joining Hill Industries, Ms. Shenaq served as a Conference Manager for national and international conferences held by non-profit organizations in collaboration with prestigious universities and executives. Her combined organizational skills, customer service experience and strategic execution landed her a Consultant role within the public and private sectors. Ms. Shenaq was responsible for providing expert advice and developing processes that were implemented by organizations to maximize efficiency and productivity for specific projects as well as day to day operations. Ms. ShenaqÂ’s creativity and responsiveness gave organizations the competitive advantage.

Ms. Shenaq holds both a BachelorÂ’s and MasterÂ’s degree in Management from Davenport University.

Ahmed Elbendary | Director of Continuous Improvement

Ahmed Elbendary brings over 28 years of operations and 20+ years of continuous improvement implementation experience to Hill Industries. Mr. ElbendaryÂ’s operations experience is in the aerospace, pharmaceuticals and food industries with several world class manufacturing companies including Goodrich Corporation, United Technologies Corp, Esterline Technologies and Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Elbendary has invested 20 years of his career deploying the Goodrich Operating System, UTCÂ’s ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) and the Esterline Operating System at those respective companies. HeÂ’s known for his tenacity in recognizing and implementing cost reduction ideas in various environments: manufacturing, office and warehouse/logistics environments. Mr. Elbendary is also seasoned in teaching and deploying the world renown Toyota Production System.

Mr. ElbendaryÂ’s most significant cost reduction projects revolved around reducing ergonomic risks and industrial product waste.Company costs were also reduced significantly by lowering the actual and billable weights of the finished goods transported internationally.
